UI:
- Added animation that scrolls the background in the menu.
- Added animation to a couple of buttons.

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue that prevented the hamburger menu from closing.
- Disabled WebGL compression to combat compatibility issues on different browsers.
- Fixed an issue on Android that could cause some devices to run on 30 FPS by default.

Project improvement:
- Refactored some code and cleaned up project structure to support future updates.
- Simplified building process for multiple platforms.
