A small update after 5 years, lol

Looked into the code after five years and decided to fix some old issues. 

New

• You can now use keyboard to control the pad.
• You can now fullscreen the game frame.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that prevented the game from gaining window focus. 
• Fixed an issue that sometimes caused boxes to get stuck in walls.
• Bounded player movement to keep the pad on screen.
• Removed flashing loading bar.
• Added missing font file.
• Fixed a timer issue that was caused  by placing frame number incrementation in the wrong loop.
• Added padding to seconds. Timer now displays 1:05 instead of 1:5.
